BCI/FBI Background Check Procedures

All Huber Heights City School employees and substitutes needing a BCI and/or FBI Webcheck completed should make an appointment with the Office of Human Resources. No walk-ins will be accepted

Appointments can be scheduled by calling:

  •  Celina Rabius (certified staff and coaches) 937-237-6300 ext 80121

  •  Shaquora Shelley (classified staff and substitutes) 937-237-6300 ext 80120

Services for HHCS staff will be completed at the Central Office, 5954 Longford Rd. Huber Heights Oh, 45424.  

 Payment is to be made by cash (exact change) or check. Payment is due at the time of service. No credit/debit cards accepted. Checks are made payable to Huber Heights City Schools. Fees as follows:

  • HHCS Employees: BCI, $22 | FBI, $25.25 | Total = $47.25

Services for non-HHCS staff needing a BCI and/or FBI Webcheck and/or fingerprint card will be completed at the Operations Building, 7450 Taylorsville Road. Enter door #1.  

  • All non-HHCS employees will contact Dave Ford 937-237-6300 ext. 80132.

Payment is to be made by cash (exact change) or check. Payment is due at the time of service. No credit/debit cards accepted. Checks are made payable to Huber Heights City Schools. Fees as follows:

  • All fingerprint cards: $10

  • Non-HHCS Employees: BCI, $32 | FBI, $36 | Total = $68
